Mischke
Hi I’m Mischke! My love for (fitness) training and curiosity about new
types of exercise is what led me to Crossfit in 2012.
Throughout my life I have been into personal fitness, with a focus on
long distance running and netball and I competed nationally in both
sports in South Africa. In my mid-twenties I decided I needed a change
from pounding the pavement and running up and down a netball court and
I am so glad that I found Crossfit!
I graduated with a Bachelors in Sport and Recreation in 2008 with a
focus on exercise science, so you can feel safe with me as your coach!
Before Crossfit I was a personal trainer and since then I’ve worked
at the Royal New Zealand Navy which has taught me even more about
training. With a huge amount of experience in training, I aim to help
anyone with their fitness needs wherever I can.
For those of you that have never done Crossfit and are scared, or a
little intimidated, whatever it is that is holding you back, I ask
only that you ‘come try us’. Each and every member at our gym started in exactly the same position you are in right now. We’ll make Crossfit Infinite your new happy hour, you won’t regret it, I promise!

Wayne
Wayne is a 30 year old crossfit coach and athlete who loves to “eat to train” so he can “sleep like a nanna”. He likes to recover with a sweet treat and an occasional protein shake. But seriously, when he puts his mind to something he gives 110 percent and is focused on his goals. Wayne is a determined and passionate coach and athlete who strives to bring out the best in everyone. He goes above and beyond to help anyone he comes across and makes everyone feel welcome. Most importantly Wayne keeps his athletes motivated, energised and makes them feel part of a team and family at the box. Because of this Wayne is a top athlete and has previously competed for Auckland rugby team and competed at the National championships and New Zealand pound for pound for crossfit. Wayne is happiest when at the crossfit box, socializing, keeping healthy and coaching. Wayne enjoys coaching because he loves seeing the progress people make and the enjoyment his athletes get out of it. Wayne also enjoys being handy on the farm, scuba diving, running a drain laying business and is passionate about traveling the world.

Jan
Chiropractor
Certified Level I CrossFit trainer
Qualified yoga teacher
Foodie
Dr Jan is our go to for anything spine, posture or health related.
“I love CrossFit because the functional movement it provides is so good the spine and nervous system. Having a fit, healthy and strong spine and core is essential for long-term health. So is having a nervous system that is clear, adaptable and able to thrive in the face of challenge. CrossFit helps with this and so much more.
I also love the community that CrossFit creates, especially the one at CrossFit Infinite. I teach the regular yoga classes here and am happy to chat to you about anything to do with holistic health and wellbeing. For me it’s all about creating long-term health, optimising your training and recovery and helping you to thrive.”

Dave
After being a very active child with gymnastics, soccer, rugby, judo, roller hockey and fencing David lost his way. He topped out at 117 kgs and was in need of some motivation. Through his sister and brother in law he found Crossfit. He started in a garage gym learning the movements and losing weight. Once His beautiful wife started at Fitmum and crushing in competitions he began to get the competitive itch. He found motivation in the community atmosphere and getting stronger over worrying about weight loss. He loved it so much he decided to go the step further and coach. With over 6 years of training at multiple boxes he brings energy, fun and a very loud voice to his training and is always looking for ways to help you find that little edge to get better.
