Who Are We

CrossFit Infinite Takapuna opened its doors to the community on 8th February 2011.Crossfit Infinite Takapuna uses CrossFit training method, a core strength and conditioning program. The program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical and physiological tasks. CrossFit is the most effective, proven and time-efficient program, whether your goal is to improve and gain confidence, fitness, health and achieve your best in any specific sport, or training for an event.

CrossFit optimizes physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains:

Who we are

We are a team of athletes of all ages, shapes and sizes. We consider everyone who walks through our doors an athlete. Athletes by definition want to be physically strong, fit and more active.

We welcome anyone into our community who is committed to improving their physical ability. Our classes are an opportunity to share an intense physical experience with other like-minded people. From the most to the least fit, we are all working towards mutual goals of increased ability and work capacity.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide clients of all fitness levels with an intense, safe and effective training experience. CrossFit programming is infinitely scalable.There is no segment of society that CrossFit Inifinite Takapuna cannot accommodate. We pride ourselves in accommodating everyone.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide a family-friendly CrossFit training facility, which will affect the lives of as many people as possible in a positive way through the use of CrossFit methods. We strive to increase the health and well-being of all those who walk through our doors.

Philosophy

Our focus is to use constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to increase work capacity. We do not focus on making our clients look pretty. We are about improving functional ability. We strive to give each of our members the ability to live their lives to the fullest physically. Our philosophy is that by increasing work capacity, through intense physical activity, we improve the lives of those we train. We see improvements in physical appearance, confidence and mental well-being as positive side effects of our program.

Our programming

Our philosophy on our programming is “Technique before Consistency before Intensity then Results”.
